When you send an inquiry or a pre-qualification request, we receive the details you enter through our website hosting provider’s form service (Netlify). This can include your name, role, business name, email, phone number, business details (such as structure, industry, state, time in business, and approximate revenue), the financing type, amount, timeline and purpose, a self-reported credit range and score (if you provide one), assets you list, and any notes. If you use our payment estimator before pre-qualifying, we also receive the amount, term, and illustrative rate you chose, along with the resulting estimate. The estimate is for illustration only and is not a quote or an offer. We do not pull your credit through the website form.
How we use your information
We use these details to respond to your request, to follow up with you, and to discuss possible financing options. We may also use them to keep records of your request, to operate and protect this website, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not share your request with a financing provider or other third party when you first submit it. If you later choose to move forward and give us your consent, we may share the information needed with the provider or partner you approve, so they can review your request. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to our service providers (such as our hosting and form service) that help us operate this website and are limited in how they may use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls, texts, and email
If you check the consent box on a form, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, using the details you provide. Consent is not a condition of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calls or emails by contacting us at the address below.
Hosting, analytics, and cookies
Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access logs to deliver and secure the website. This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s temporary storage only to carry the answers you enter from one step to the next, and it is cleared when you submit. If we add analytics, advertising, or other third-party services, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your request information for as long as needed to respond to you, to keep reasonable business and legal records, and to meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete it, subject to those requirements.
